Always enjoy the programme, but this week was better than most. Particularly enjoyed the Herbie Hancock and Bill Evan’s tracks. Interesting that Cecil McBee appeared on more than one track.
Thanks Vaughan, I really enjoyed it too. 'm pleased to say Cecil McBee is still with us at 89 years old - a wonderful bassist. Normally it's Ron Carter who comes up twice, and on one occasion he appeared four times, while Jimmy Garrison once made it to three tracks.
